This policy covers the Compak Ramps APTA Chicago page and its meeting request form. Last updated September 2026.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Compak Ramps.
What we collect from the form
- Full name
- Work email address
- Company or agency
- Preferred meeting day, if you pick one
- Anything you write in the optional message box, and the product you asked about if you used one of the product links
If you reached this page from an advertisement, the campaign labels in that link (for example, which ad you clicked) are sent with your form so we know which campaign the enquiry came from. They do not identify you.
How we use it
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange your meeting at APTA, and follow up about the Compak products you asked about. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it
Your details are shared with the Compak Ramps and Truck Align staff who handle the enquiry. The page and form are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which processes form submissions on our behalf and delivers them to us by email.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows from it, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond. If you are in the UK you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
The WhatsApp button opens a chat with the Compak sales team on your own device. Messages you send there are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy; we use them only to respond to your enquiry.
Cookies and tracking
This page sets no analytics or advertising cookies. It does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party fonts. Our host, Netlify, may process technical data such as your IP address in server logs to deliver the page securely.

This policy and the use of this page are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
